Refund Policy

Readings are personal, made to order digital services sold through my Etsy shop.

Before I have started: you can cancel for a full refund. Message me on Etsy as soon as you can.

After delivery: because each reading is written personally for you, a delivered reading cannot be returned or refunded. If something is unclear or you feel your question was not answered, message me and I will make it right.

All payments, cancellations and cases are handled by Etsy under Etsy's own policies.
